Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nexus, a platform that offers internship tracks and skill certification for college students in India. By using the site or enrolling in a track, you agree to these terms.

The certification fee for each track is displayed on the track page before you sign up or pay. The amount you see is the full amount — there are no additional or hidden charges.

If you request a refund within 7 days of payment and before your project has been submitted for review, you will receive a full refund. After a project has been submitted or after 7 days, fees are non-refundable.

To request a refund, email us at the address listed on the contact page. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

A certificate is issued when your capstone project is approved by your mentor. Each certificate has a unique verification link that works publicly without login.

Nexus reserves the right to revoke a certificate if it is found that the submitted project was plagiarized, misrepresented, or otherwise violates academic integrity. A revoked certificate will show “Revoked” status on its public verification page.

You agree to submit work that is your own. Plagiarism, submitting someone else's project, or misrepresenting your identity may result in removal from the platform and revocation of any certificates.

An offer letter is generated on enrolment for your records and for college requirements where applicable. It is not an offer of employment by Nexus or any partner company.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to enrolled students. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
