When you create an account, we store your name and email address. When you enrol in a track, we store your track selection, payment status, project submission, and certificate details. When you use the contact form, we store your name, email, and message.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as Aadhaar numbers, bank account details, or physical addresses. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider — we do not store your card or UPI details.

We use your data to: create and manage your account, process your enrolment and payment, issue certificates and offer letters, display certificate information on public verification pages, and respond to your support messages.

Your name, track, project title, issue date, and certificate status are visible on the public verification page linked to your certificate. This is by design — the point of the certificate is that anyone can verify it. No other personal data is made public.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not use your data to train external AI models. We do not send promotional emails without your explicit, opt-in consent — and opt-ins are never pre-checked.

Your account data is retained while your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Certificate records (name, track, project title, issue date, status) are retained so that public verification links continue to work.

You can request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion of your account by emailing the address on our contact page. We respond to all such requests within 30 days.

Data is stored in a secure database with row-level access controls. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Payment data is handled exclusively by our certified payment provider.
